It’s often said that the secret to a happy life is not to take oneself too seriously (yes, I just used “oneself” in a sentence).
Along that line, maybe the way to keep cinema fresh and inventive is to remind it not to take itself too seriously.
That’s why TMPC Mashups and Spoofs exist, to have a little fun with movies that are waving their noses in the air.
Like another saying goes, “I kid because I care.” And that’s what these are, comedic caresses of the entertainment medium we love.

Lost is now in it's 5th season, and the good old flashbacks of seasons 1-3 are pretty much gone. If you miss them as much as I do, then you're in for a little treat. The Movie Preview Critic has been able to get copies of "lost" Lost flashbacks. These revealed even more surprising twists to each character's history. TBy now we’ve all heard the F-This, F-You on-the-set rant The Dark Knight unleashed on cinematographer Shane Hurlbut for walking in the actor’s line of sight during a scene. I’m on Christian Bale’s side here. More power to him for wanting things to be as professional as possible - BUT, it was a bit over the top.
With that already public knowledge, TMPC has unearthed - yeah, like it was buried and we dug it up - sorry for that poor choice of words. Let’s cut the B.S. What’s up good movie lovers!?
These are dark times for fans of quality cinema. There’s yet ANOTHER spoof movie in theaters - Disaster Movie. I’m as pissed off as you are. So, in order to channel this “why do they keep making these sh*tty spoofs” rage in a productive creative way, I’ve created a mashup titled SH*T MOVIE.
